. Please minimize noise between 11:00pm – 8:00am
. If any neighbors report excessive noise, you may be asked to leave the property. Should this happen, this will result in a loss of the booking fees.
o SWIMMING
. No diving or jumping is allowed.
. No Food or Drink is allowed.
. No Glassware’s is allowed.
. No smoking, alcohol, drugs or prohibited substances are allowed.
. Children should be Supervised at all times.
. Never Swim alone.
. Get Out of the Pool in increment weather: Storms/thunderstorms.
. No Rough Play and playing around Drains or Covers.

. Owner not liable for any injuries.
. Do not use when wet or damaged.
. Adult supervision of children at all times.
. Maximum number of people to jump is 3 (max weight - 160kg).
